CHURCH SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
St. Paul’s Church decision is made by 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening if possible, or Sunday morning, if necessary, based on conditions Saturday evening and the conditions forecast for Sunday morning.
In the event of a cancellation and with our regular Minister, an option of live streaming/recording will be available to view, in lieu of an in-person service.
Cancellation of Church Service Will Occur When:
- Temperatures with wind chill are forecasted to reach minus 38 according to Environment Canada.
- Road conditions and/or visibility impede travel
- Deep snow/Ice cannot be cleared from church entrance or for parking
The Decision Makers are the Worship Team, in consultation with the Minister, and/or the Caretaker, who must clear the entrance in case of a snowstorm. The cancellation will be posted on Facebook, distributed by Email/Text/Phone call, as required, and announced on CJRB.

St. Paul’s Sheet Set Fundraiser – We are having a sheet set fundraiser for St. Paul’s United Church. Orders will be open from November 1-16, 2026 with delivery approximately December 1st. Order forms are available at the church office, in the sanctuary and from Property and Finance Team, Marsha Clyne, Brenda Austin and Judy Adams. Any questions, please give us a call. Prepayment of your order is required. These sheet sets make “A Great Christmas Gift”.

November is the month that all churches collect for Christmas Cheer. This can be gifts for all ages or food for hampers. For the month of November, there will be collection box in the vestibule for these items. Thank you.
